Welcome to Sai Residency Hotel, one of the premier hotels in Gangtok, Sikkim. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Reservations and Payments
1. **Reservation Policy**: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
2. **Payment Policy**: Full payment is required at the time of check-in. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
3. **Cancellation Policy**: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night's stay.
4. **No-Show Policy**: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for one night's stay.
Check-In and Check-Out
1. **Check-In Time**: 12:00 PM
2. **Check-Out Time**: 11:00 AM
3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
Room Policies
1. **Room Occupancy**: Deluxe Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. Executive Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or rollaway beds.
2. **Smoking Policy**: Sai Residency Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas. A designated smoking area is available on the premises. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
3. **Pet Policy**: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
4. **Housekeeping**: Daily housekeeping services are provided to ensure your room remains clean and comfortable. Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Facilities and Services
1. **Conference and Banquet Hall**: Our 1100 sq. ft. conference cum banquet hall can accommodate 80-90 people. Please contact the front desk for booking and availability.
2. **Terrace Cafeteria**: Enjoy stunning views while dining at our terrace cafeteria.
3. **Restaurant and Bar**: Our on-site restaurant and bar offer a variety of multi-cuisine, continental, and traditional Sikkimese dishes.
4. **Hot and Cold Water**: Available 24 hours.
5. **Power Backup**: Continuous power supply is ensured with our standby generator and inverter.
6. **Parking**: We offer ample parking space for our guests.
7. **Tours and Activities**: We organize tours with professional escorts to various parts of Sikkim. We also cater to group tours, conferences, excursions, and dealer meets.
Guest Responsibilities
1. **Damages and Liabilities**: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or missing items from the room after check-out.
2. **Health and Safety**: Guests are required to follow all health and safety guidelines as directed by the hotel staff. In case of an emergency, please contact the front desk immediately.
3. **Quiet Hours**: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Privacy and Data Protection
1. **Privacy Policy**: Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. **Data Security**: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Modifications and Termination
1. **Changes to Terms**: Sai Residency Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. **Termination of Services**: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other guests or staff.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
