Check-In and Check-Out
- **Check-In Time**: 12:00 PM
- **Check-Out Time**: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
Reservation and Cancellation
- **Reservation Policy**: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- **Cancellation Policy**: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night's stay.
- **No-Show Policy**: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for one night's stay.
Payment
- We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
Room Occupancy
- **Deluxe Rooms**: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
- **Executive Rooms**: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests or rollaway beds.
Smoking Policy
- Sai Residency Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas.
- A designated smoking area is available on the premises.
- A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Quiet Hours
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Housekeeping
- Daily housekeeping services are provided to ensure your room remains clean and comfortable.
- Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Security
- For your safety, the hotel is equipped with 24-hour security surveillance.

- **Restaurant and Bar**: Our on-site restaurant and bar offer a variety of multi-cuisine, continental, and traditional Sikkimese dishes.
- **Hot and Cold Water**: Available 24 hours.
- **Power Backup**: Continuous power supply is ensured with our standby generator and inverter.
- **Parking**: We offer ample parking space for our guests.
- **Tours and Activities**: We organize tours with professional escorts to various parts of Sikkim. We also cater to group tours, conferences, excursions, and dealer meets.
Damages and Liabilities
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or missing items from the room after check-out.
